We started with an idea….

It grew to a vision and became a reality when we established JRM Equipment LLC in 2008. Our first piece of equipment was a Honda 2000 watt generator, and we still have it today. It has long since been retired from the rental inventory, but it has a special place in the yard where it serves as a reminder of where it all started for us. We knew there was a market for a small business to partner with construction companies that would have the flexibility to respond quickly and creatively when a job had to be done, and fulfill their small business procurement goals. We built our business on our reputation for delivering on the bottom line when it mattered and that level of service is still a cornerstone of our business.

Today, the Honda generator shares the equipment yard with a fleet of heavy equipment and general construction equipment that rolls in and out serving customers throughout the Bay Area and California. We also support customers in multiple states across the US.

From the garage where the first generator was unboxed and prepped to go out to a customer job site, we have grown to multiple locations in the Bay Area and are proud of our team of employees that are committed to the success of our Customers. As a small business, we have the advantage over large corporations to be flexible, creative, and responsive to get the job done when it matters.
